First of all, hi and sorry for my bad english. I'm one of the Apache OpenOffice.org commiter, so I like to write what we doing there and how the project progress.
After a long time of reorganisation under the ASF, we are ready now for work. It was a hevy time for us all but finaly the project becomes a new future. No one beleves that same month ago. Many people think that our project is dead. I beleve a short visit into the mailing list statistics should be enough to see that we are a live.
As you see, I'm allready able to build under Mac OS X. I've two mashines who are ready to build OOo. Enough to verify that we have no buildbraker. Other people also reported successfull build process under linux and Windows.
Well, thats just the beginning, hopefully for a new era of OpenOffice.org under the Apache Software Foundation.
